writing skills. 5th graders experience increased use of
dictionaries and the thesauruses to do research projects.
Being able to spell allows your fifth grader to move faster through their
assignments and to do better overall.

Your fifth grader will hear the word, see the word and be able to
type it in. In the practice segment, they will get three tries
to get the spelling word correct before they are shown the word and
asked to type it in. This allows every child the chance to
learn the word easily.
